This is an amazing 1960s bright screened silk chiffon dress in a wonderful rich green with bits of pinks and purples and a pretty gold thread worked through it as well

whose blossoms are further emphasizes by an applied velvet layer

thanks to what the designer described as couture touches: Silk was photo-printed with still lifes that resembled those on the eatery's walls

so in theory you could allow it to plunge even further if you dared
