1970s Holly's Harp Silk Ribbon Chiffon Taupe & Black Print Dress designer-donald-brooks (Photos by Erin Leydon) ClickHolly Harp opened a shop LA in the late 1960s and created custom clothing under the Holly's Harp label. She tended to create her clothing out of a hodge podge of new and old materials. In the beginning she favored things like feathers and fringe but her aesthetic became more 'grown up' and glamorous as her career progressed. She was an avid thrifter and you can see the influence of earlier decades in her work. I love the fabric choice for this dress.
