Such a shame that this piece does not have any other label other then the Saks Fifth Avenue department store label as it must be a designer piece

There are seams built in at each hip so the skirt has extra movement - much like a thirties dress

There are areas of shattering to the silk lining but it is clean and sound and will be wearable for many years before this would need to be addressed
