The neck and cuffs feature adjustable elastic, while the three quarter length sleeves end just below the elbow, creating a lovely puff above the cuff and a ruffle below it. The neckline can be adjusted to be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. We have left a small gap in the stitching of the elastic casings, allowing the elastic to be tightened if
