Made of a crisp cotton mix, it has a brilliant rose print in a color combination of blood red and black. It has no designer label but it is very well made so I would not have been surprised to find one. The bodice has minimal seaming and perfect, to the elbow, length sleeves. The skirt is really where all the detailing is. The
