Shiny black (likely resin) U shaped handle with gold ends allows for complete hinging. Rectangular shape, black leather strap with brass turnlock closure at top center. Black and gold painted horse, rider, and carriage with rhinestone and metal detail decorations throughout all are in place. "Carriage Trade" on the left
