Crotocephalus has small holochroal eyes and a prominent glabella. The trilobite measures 2. 85 inches long and 1. 1 inches wide. The matrix and trilobite measure 4. 1 by 3. 85 by 1. 2 inches. The specimen has been repaired across the thorax, near the cephalon.
