Winemaking Fermented in French puncheons for ten months. Tasting notes This is a medium bodied Shiraz with bright plum and black fruit flavours with a hint of pepper. Smooth tannins with some hints of vanilla that come through. A wine that can be enjoyed for most occasions and sums up why I love Pyrenees Shiraz. Pairing Any red meat you are BBQing.
