The Tagine - 30cm - des. Rodolfo Dordoni for knIndustrie Art the founder of the modernThis beautiful Tagine has been created by architect and design legend Rodolfo Dordoni. Comprised of 2 elements a non stick pan and a conical lid with beautiful rope handle. During cooking, the steam rises towards the coolest part of the tagine lid, condenses and falls back on the food, keeping it soft. Ideal for long cooking at low temperatures. The excellent thermal conductivity of aluminium is further enhanced by the non stick coating. And of course
