1972 LM100_12 Size:Large The development of the WilliamsMatra MS670. 1972. Winner. The all French Matra Simca team entered Le Mans many times, and this car gave them their first outright win. The MS670 represented the first of 3 outright wins the MS670B and 670C winning in 1973 and 74 respectively a French hat trick. The winning car shown here was driven by Le Mans stalwart Henri Pescarolo his first outright win. he went on to score 3 more wins in 73, 74 and 84. His partner for this race was Graham Hill
