All Ardure wines are fermented with precious large crystals such as Fluorite

with a whisper of brine and tea-like tannins

sourced from the “Sassoforte” vineyards which look like a polyculture garden - hence 'Kepos'

supported by the supple texture and fine leather notes that come from aging in the traditional larger barrels
