Wallace Seymour : Dammar Varnish, filtered, with Double Rectified Turpentine Size:250ml Michael Harding Watercolour Paint CobaltPicture varnish with slight tack upon drying. Ideally used as constituent part of oil painting medium (add 1 part Dammar Varnish to 1 part Linseed Stand Oil, then add approximately 10% to oil colours, to impart gloss to paint film). Dilute with turpentine or Shellsol T low odour mineral solvent. Slightly less glossy in comparison to mastic varnish.
