Le Chai Perché "Ténéré" 2023 Calabria Generally 95% Barbera and 5%Grapes: Grenache Noir (95%) Syrah (5%). Grenache from 60 year old vines on clay limestone soils from Langlade in the Gard department. Syrah from 20 year old vines on clay limestone and sandy marl soils from Lourmarin in the Luberon. Vinification: Fermentation apart. Grenache in fibreglass tanks for 12 days maceration half de stemmed and half whole bunch in the millefeuille style, then pressed and moved to three year old barrels and fibreglass tanks
