Basement frame The building stood between closureWeak sunlight reaches the floor of the basement at ABBCO Bakery in Leichhardt, picking out concrete walls streaked with decay and a ceiling threaded with pipes and conduits that once served a working industrial plant. By 1973 the bakery above was producing six thousand dozen rolls per hour and around 100 varieties of bread. The building was demolished shortly after this photograph was made in 2015.
