The tan suede is backed with leather and sewn. Combined with an antique brass buckle. Adjustable. Strap is 1 3 8" wide. Regarding sizing: each belt has 5 holes spaced 3 4" apart, the sizing below is the measurement to the middle hole (allowing for 1. 5" adjustment on either side).
