Cicada Red 75cl Santa Barbera Champagne | Alcohol: TBC |Tasting Note Rich, pungent fruit, good balance of sweet berries and a lovely manure nose. A bit of beef juice as well. The palate is nice, easy, fresh and clean with good spice, dark berries and then fresh slightly underripe cherry. Good leathery fruit, nice earthy and very drinkable. A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan. Producer Domaine Chante Cigale is located within the village of Chteauneuf du Pape and has been owned by the Sabon Favier
