The painting is German, and made in the late 1800s. This piece displays a hand painted women descending stairs and holding a lute. The frame has a great velvet inner frame in a medium brown. The back of the porcelain is stamped Made in Germany and marked with a name that we were unable to identify. The writing in red appears to say After P Wagner. There is more writing
