The beans are steamed before having Ethyl Acetate (an organic byproduct of sugar cane) passed through it. This removes at least 97 percent of the caffeine present and allows for a very sweet and balanced cup of decaf. The beans come from the coffee producers of Tabln de Gmez in the Narino region of Colombia. We love this
