its name fixed to a peeling white facade above a row of closed roller shutters

Spray cans and debris scatter across the wide open floor plate beneath a low flat ceiling, grimy industrial windows lining the far wall. This is what remained of the ABBCO Bakery in Leichhardt when it was photographed in 2015, years after production ceased in the facility once described as the biggest independent bakery in Australia.
