Frank Cornelissen 'MunJebel' Bianco 2022 Bright and Crunchy Not too sweetThe MunJebel Bianco is a blend of Grecanico and Carricante grown on the north face of Mount Etna Munjebel in local dialect. Four days on skins and a patient, hands off levage result in a wine thats wild in spirit but impressively composed in execution. Its richly textured and slightly oily, with notes of ginger, dried apricot, almond skin and fennel seed, all cut through by a line of volcanic minerality.
