Antique Durgin Louis XV 1890 Sterling Silver Ice Cream Cleaver Slice Server ruby This piece was made aroundPresented is a wonderful old sterling silver ice cream slice made by William B. Durgin Company. The ice cream server is done in the Louis XV pattern which was first produced in 1890. The handle is nicely engraved with a twenty fifth anniversary presentation including the initials K over GH on the front of the handle and the dates 1865 and 1890 on the reverse. This piece was obviously given in 1890, the first year that this pattern was produced. The
