Plains Quilled and Fringed Bag 1870's It has extensive moth damageThis is a large "U" shaped bag with a quilled "bull's eye" design in the center on a field of narrow quilled red lines spaced about " apart. The bullseye has an orange quilled center with purple, white, and red quilled concentric bands. Hanging from the narrow opening at the top is a band of quilled rawhide slats with tin cones with purple dyed down. The bag has one inch fringe along the bottom and sides. The back has a single red quilled "X" across
