AMI Bourgogne Aligote 'Skin' 2022 Pre-Mixed There's a gentle creaminess onBased in Chassey le Camp (between the Maranges Valley and Bouzeron), these vineyards have 45 year old vines, and are made up of clay and limestone soils with plenty of sand. 60% was macerated for 15 days, and the remainder directly pressed. Aged in stainless steel for 10 months. Not fined or filtered.
