This listing is for a splendid raku chawan made 20 30 years ago by highly esteemed Sasaki Shoraku III. It is hand turned and the front is decorated with delicate ume blossoms over a warm coloured base. Ume has long been admired for being hardy and is considered to bring luck. This is quite a solid little piece with nice thick walls. The
