Brackenwood Skinny White 2020 year_1966 The earthy bitterness of gentianOur orange wine is made up of a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are fermented on skins until the cap sinks, which is around 30 to 40 days. The resulting wine is barrel aged in neutral French and Hungarian oak for two years. This process concentrates the wine and its flavour profile. The finished wine has orange marmalade and quince nose with spicy clove and cinnamon notes.
