Their vines stretch across 14 hectares in the famous Grande Champagne region. The Bouju family have wine making history that goes back to the 19th century and their expertise is flagrant from the quality of the sumptuous cognacs they produce. The Napoleon Grande Champagne Cognac is aged in new oak barrels for 15 years. The nose is sweet with hints of
