2016 Clos de la Roche, Grand Cru, Olivier Bernstein, Burgundy UOM Drink 2020-2024Medium deep colour, offering rather less on the nose than its stablemates. The oak is evident a bit on the palate but there is also a marvellous swelling of bright red fruit, then a briary note. Few tannins, easy of access and persistent, not quite the grip of some years.
