Holster fits a S&W 4" or K frame revolver up to 4" and is left hand draw. In photo is a Model 19. Holster is brown hand basket stamped leather, white stitched and suede lined. Loop fits a belt up to 2 1 4". Thumb break is steel reinforced and holster has sight protector. Very similar in design to the Bianchi 5BHL only better done. Just a incredible job by Alfonso's
