Motley Cru (2020) Ossington - Bottleshop This blend was inoculated withThe 2020 edition of Motley Cru is a blend of barrel aged wild ales, all golden ish, that were refermented on whole Gamay grapes from Rosewood Estates, for a total of 46 days on fruit. It's our first Gamay release, with a fairly intense almost 1: 1 ratio of grapes to beer, and the result is a fine balance of subtleties. There's acidity, minerality, and tannic qualities, but no single element overwhelms or takes over, and the supporting flavours of
