2019 Noon Winery Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml Ashton Hills Vineyard blackened oak"Possibly our best Reserve Cabernet ever. Produced from 66% Fruit Trees block and 34% Main Road block Cabernet Sauvignon. After a warm start to harvest in 2019, the weather cooled down from early March and the Cabernet ripened slowly to perfection in the lovely autumn days which followed.
