Holster fits a S&W 6906 and is RIGHT draw. Holster has 2 BRASS D rings for a Sam Browne strap. These can easily be removed if not needed. Holster is smooth leather lined and hanger fits a standard 2 1 4" duty belt. Very solid well made holster. Holster has a small imperfection in the leather on the top left corner. You can see this in last photo..
