A true non vintage style from two excellent harvests in Wrattonbully, Limestone Coast, South Australia. Think Christmas cake, cherries and spice with a juicy mid palate and a hint of savoury oak. Made in both stainless steel and seasoned barrels followed by a moderately balanced dosage at 20g L. Original art by my youngest son,
