This is a sterling silver piece with a marbled looking red natural stone. We are unsure what the stone is called but it appears to be synthetic as there is a bit of wear in the bottom corner.. The setting is sterling silver with pieces dangling down. Put this pendant on a silver chain and you'd have a beautiful necklace! Please note, The one ring attaching the pendant to the necklace loop is a bit crooked (see photos). Stamped

This piece is stamped in the back that it is sterling and signed by "JS"

There are also two gold feathers that hang below the turquoise stone setting
