The holder itself is black, white, and light blue. The fordite adds just a small amount of thickness to the holder over all. I've had one of these on my phone for years and love it. The top is interchangeable with other tops of this type of phone holder. The holder is in new unused condition and will come with the manufacturers instructions for installation on a phone
