Hallgrímskirkja in Reykjavik Size:18"x24" Earlier in the spring I

Earlier in the spring I was scouting the area around the airport and noticed an aircraft on final approach to Denver International Airport

Playing with some camera motion to bring out the lines of the sculpture was my inspiration in this photograph

Using the low angle of the light I able to position the bench so the shadow continued to flow into the image

Stopping and walking along the outside of the park

Hallgrímskirkja in Reykjavik Size:18"x24" Earlier in the spring IOne of the most known landmarks in Reykjavik is Hallgrmskirkja. This Lutheran church stands almost 250 feet high and being on a hill is visible from many areas of the city. It took quite some time for the church to be built, 41 years, and was completed in 1986. The most photographed part of the church is the front, so I explored for a little different view of the church which I found on the opposite side. It was quite empty on this side of the church
