Fresh and precise on the nose, it has notes of oak and vanilla and ends on Profile: pineapple and candied citrus fruit. Licorice and mild spices (cinnamon and nutmeg). Banana and vanilla pods. Stronger spices (cloves, black pepper) and flavouring (green tomato, courgette flowers). Style: Round and complex. Nose: Fresh and clean.
