These "fiber optic scissors" feature serrated blades that can also cut Kevlar, HMPE, fiberglass, various cloth materials, etc. The blade is made from high carbon alloy steel enhanced with Molybdenum and Vanadium (drop forged & heat treated), which gives it outstanding hardness, sharpness, and durability.
