Union Station During the Holidays Presentation:Matted but as I was walking

but as I was walking back towards my car I spotted the strong sun on the above image

Even through the snow you can still see a little blue of the glacier

As I walked on the new walkway towards the Whale Sculpture in Juneau

Noticing that the wind was blowing out of the south I found myself south of airport to photograph takeoffs

Looking down the road I had noticed the contrast of the two fields ahead and now the plane overflying one of those fields which got me thinking

Union Station During the Holidays Presentation:Matted but as I was walkingAs the renovations were taking place, I headed to Union Station right around Christmas to photograph the light on the Wynkoop side of the building, just after a snow system had moved through the city. While the facade of the building has not changed much over those years the plaza and areas right next to this have changed as the project on the building comes nearer to completion.
