Its too fabulous not to list and I have priced it accordingly

I have put a crinoline under it so you can see the fullness

as a head scarf or as a belt

The skirt is of a length typical of the time period and is a classic A-line shape

In December of 1970 the line hit the US market

It has the added plus if being a version of the same dress design that is currently held in The Metropolitan Museum's collection (see photo attached of the long, red version and you can view it on their site here).
